The daisy club had daily activities for children, lasting from morning until 5pm (my kids loved the animation, dancing, and shows!). the water park and pool for children were marvelous. i found the half board at the restaurant exquisite. It offered a huge variety and excellent quality.

the hotel maintains a stylish decor. the entertainment proved surprisingly enjoyable and the staff exhibited excellence. sunbeds felt comfortable, and there was ample space available.

the staff were helpful at all times. the hotel was clean and tidy. the breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection. drink service at the buffet was excellent. queues were minimal. the pools offered variety for all age groups. staff made a courtesy room available to use the swimming pools and shower prior to an airport transfer.
scheduling the day around specific meal times was not ideal. finding places to drink in the evening could be difficult because bars were understaffed.

the room was nicely decorated and provided a comfortable space. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel supplied slippers and robes within the room, adding to the comfort.

The hotel rooms were spacious. The bathroom was large and had a walk-in shower. Pools were heated and used saltwater. I could get water and sparkling water without extra charge at the pool.
Check-in took a long time , over 30 minutes. Some staff do not speak English , and this makes communication difficult.

the rooms was spacious. the breakfast buffet had plenty options and tasty dishes. the pool areas was clean and well maintained. there was also lots of sunbeds, so you dont have to worry about not finding any.
the system to book restaurant i found a little confusing and complex. the drinks was sometimes slow to arrive when you ordered at the bar. the childrens entertainment didnt really suit my taste.
